The Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments is frequently praised for its excellent location, offering easy access to the city centre, waterfront, and the university. Guests often highlight the spacious and functional apartments, some boasting amazing views of the harbour and botanic gardens. The gym and pool facilities are appreciated, and many enjoy the breakfast buffet's wide variety of options; however, a few guests have occasionally found the front desk service inconsistent. convenient location breakfast buffet well-equipped gym limited seating uncomfortable sofas small room
The location was convenient for my needs. I was able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods (with many choices). I found the gym to be well-equipped for a solid workout.
The bar area lacked atmosphere. Seating was limited and the sofas felt uncomfortable. The room size felt smaller than expected (a bit cramped, actually). I experienced slow responses from staff when requesting assistance.

I stayed in a residence superior king room. it was spacious and nicely furnished and quiet. wifi was fast and reliable, i noticed no slowing at night. connecting my devices to the tv was easy for streaming. The satellite channel choices are ample too. the valet parking staff was efficient and helpful. the health spa had a gym, sauna, and a very well kept indoor heated swimming pool. the pool allows serious swimming. families can enjoy themselves.
i thought the utensils for cooking were lacking. there were no instructions about how to use the cooker or air con, that was not helpful.

The breakfast was great (especially the omelets). The location provided easy access to nearby attractions.
I was disappointed to find a significant issue with housekeeping. My room lacked sufficient towels on the first day. I requested extra towels, but the housekeeping staff did not deliver them until late in the evening. The room itself looked quite dated.
